I have been teaching for six years with a focus on reading and writing for students learning English as a second language as well as native speakers. I am certified in English (6-12) and social studies with endorsements in reading and ESOL. I have always loved learning. I enjoy teaching and tutoring to help others enjoy learning as well. In the spring of 2016 I was recognized by the Florida Department of Education as a High-Impact teacher. This designation was based on how students performed on statewide exams over a 3-year period and the growth of the students from one year to the next.
